From project to customs, in six steps.
Production takes about 20 working days. Payment is 50% on contract, 50% on delivery. We handle export and customs clearance ourselves; shipments are usually arranged door to door.

A mosque chandelier is not a product you put in a box and hand to a courier. A three-metre chandelier consists of dozens of parts, carries fragile glass lamps, and has to clear customs in the destination country.
Below is the process from start to finish, so that a mosque committee, donor or contractor writing to us from abroad knows exactly what to expect.
Everything starts with the mosque itself: architectural drawings, interior photographs, dome diameter and ceiling height.
For export projects this stage matters even more. Inside Türkiye we can visit the mosque and take measurements ourselves; abroad, the measurements come from you.
A wrong measurement cannot be corrected once the crate is thousands of kilometres away. That is why the first conversation takes time — we do not start production before the measurements are confirmed.
Once the project is clear, we prepare the item list: how many chandeliers, at what diameter, how many tiers, how many lamps, whether wall sconces and candlestick sets are included.
The quotation is built on that list, line by line. There are no items that appear later as a surprise.
When scope and figures are settled, the contract is signed. It states the item list, dimensions, delivery terms and lead time.
Payment terms: 50% at contract stage, the remaining 50% on delivery.
Manufacturing takes place in our own workshop in Gaziosmanpaşa, Istanbul. The brass body is worked, laser-cut calligraphy is prepared, lamps are fitted and the wiring is installed.
Production usually takes 20 working days. It varies with the size and quantity of the project; the exact lead time is stated in the contract.
Every part is checked individually before shipment. A defect that can be corrected in the workshop cannot be corrected after customs.
For export shipments, packing matters as much as the product itself.
Chandeliers are placed in wooden crates. The crate protects the product against impact and allows safe stacking. Fragile parts are wrapped separately; the body and rings are fixed in place.
When packing is complete, every crate is weighed and measured. This information is required both for freight calculation and for the customs documents.
Documents are prepared according to the regulations of the destination country: packing list, weights, product descriptions and invoices.
You do not deal with customs. Shipments are usually arranged door to door, so the crates arrive at the mosque or at your warehouse.
There are three options; the right one depends on the country, the volume and how urgent the delivery is.

For bulky but fragile products such as chandeliers, sea or road transport is usually preferred. Air freight comes into play when the mosque has a fixed opening date.
This depends on the project and should be agreed at the beginning.
On some projects our own team travels to the site, installs the chandelier and hands it over. On others a local team carries out the installation, and we provide the assembly drawings and the guidance they need.
Which option applies depends on the country, the size of the project and the mosque's own schedule. We state it clearly in the quotation.
